Let’s Get Ready – January is National Mentoring Month!

Metro Milwaukee SHRM is excited to launch MM SHRM Connect, our updated mentoring program powered by Rivet. This innovative system builds professional relationships through intelligent matching, based on the psychology and neuroscience of connection.

How It Works:

Take the Assessment: Complete a 7–10 minute survey to determine your Workplace Persona.

Get Matched: Receive your Persona results and connect with your MM SHRM match via Rivet.
Build Relationships: Meet monthly with your match for six months, using provided discussion guides to deepen connections.

Ready to Connect?
After registration, you’ll complete the assessment and join us January 9, 12–12:45 PM via Zoom for the official program kickoff.
