Psychological Safety has been proven to be one of the most important factors in having a successful team.  According to Project Aristotle, teams that exhibit high levels of psychological safety experience increased innovation, better decision-making, and higher employee engagement.  Creating an equitable environment where employees feel like they belong is the foundation of creating a psychologically safe workplace.  According to a recent HBR article, “ What Is Psychological Safety?”, psychological safety is a term that is regularly used but often misunderstood.

To learn more about psychological safety, join MMSHRM and NAAAHR Milwaukee for a fireside chat Wednesday, February 28th from 12:00PM-1:00PM CT with Lucy Shenouda on how to connect psychological safety to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

During our session we will:

  • Deepen knowledge of: What is psychological safety (PS)?
  • Inspire a mindset that PS is earned and gained, not assumed.
  • Create awareness that PS begins with courageous authenticity and humanity, courage from within through four key stages of progression
