Mentor Program Information Session

January is National Mentoring Month! 

97% of those with a mentor say they are valuable, but only 37% of professionals and 55% of women have a mentor according to National Mentoring Day.org. 

So, whether you’ve been interested in sharing your knowledge as a mentor or are interested in finding a mentor, MMSHRM has an opportunity for you!

We are launching a new mentoring program within MMSHRM in partnership with Rivet. 

We’re excited to leverage Rivet to increase connections and continue to build relationships within MMSHRM! Rivet is an intelligent matching system that creates long lasting, valuable professional relationships by suggesting strong human connection points based on the psychology and neuroscience of friendship.

Here’s how it will work:

1. Take the assessment! This should only take about 7-10 minutes. Please complete your assessment prior to the launch meeting on January 23.
2. Get your Workplace Persona & User Profile!  Upon completion, you’ll receive your assessment results via email, including your Workplace Persona.
3. Connect!  Through the Rivet system, you’ll be connected to your mentor/mentee and encouraged to meet up!  Each month additional discussion guides will be provided to aid in your discussions.
